    Public–Private–NGO Partnership

    service-detail

A sustainable and export-ready agricultural ecosystem cannot thrive in isolation. It requires coordinated efforts from the government, private players, and civil society. At Jai Jawan Jai Kisan Agriculture Society (JJJKAS), our Public–Private–NGO Partnerships Program is focused on aligning stakeholders at all levels to co-create scalable agri-export models in Bihar.

We believe that effective collaboration brings together policy, innovation, funding, and ground-level execution—all of which are essential to transforming the rural agricultural economy.

    Objective

To facilitate impactful collaborations between public sector schemes, private sector CSR initiatives, and technical NGOs in order to create sustainable and export-oriented models for agriculture and food processing across Bihar.

    Why Partnerships Matter

For rural development to be successful and scalable, it must be collaborative. While government departments bring policy support and funding mechanisms, NGOs provide grassroots insight and execution capabilities. On the other hand, private organizations offer innovation, technology, and critical CSR capital.

However, most rural stakeholders struggle to align these resources effectively.

JJJKAS acts as a bridge—coordinating with all three sectors to ensure the vision of agricultural export transformation in Bihar is carried out efficiently and inclusively.

    Our Role as a Facilitator

As a veteran-led NGO with a mission-driven structure, JJJKAS plays a neutral and disciplined role in connecting:

    • Farmers and agri-entrepreneurs on the ground
    • Government bodies at state and central levels
    • National and regional NGOs focused on innovation and inclusion
    • CSR departments of private sector companies
    • Financial institutions and rural credit agencies

We bring these stakeholders together to design, implement, and monitor joint programs with clear accountability and measurable impact.

    Current and Ongoing Collaborations

JJJKAS is currently engaged in strategic partnerships with well-recognized institutions. Each collaboration brings unique strengths and expands the reach of our programs:

      • Holistic rural development
    3. The partnership aims to blend technical training with life skills, health, and environmental consciousness.
    1. Tata Trusts – Grant Proposal Under Review

    2. JJJKAS has submitted a ₹17 crore grant proposal to Tata Trusts aimed at building:
      • District-level agri-export hubs
      • Micro processing infrastructure
      • Market access and logistics through Patna Dry Port
    3. The proposed project will cover multiple districts and involve incubating agri-startups, modernizing traditional units, and improving rural export output.

SIDBI & NABARD – In Progress

    • Focus Area: Rural credit linkage and infrastructure finance
    • JJJKAS is in ongoing discussions with SIDBI and NABARD to:
      • Facilitate loans and subsidies under PMFME and AIF
      • Build credit histories for SHGs and FPOs
      • Provide bridge funding to agri-startups and processors
    • These partnerships will help entrepreneurs scale faster and access reliable financial systems.

    How JJJKAS Enables Collaboration

Our internal coordination teams and district facilitators are trained to ensure that partnerships are not just on paper—but actually implemented on the ground. Here’s how we do it:

    • Proposal Writing & Reporting  We prepare joint project proposals aligned with each partner’s objectives—whether it’s CSR alignment, donor compliance, or scheme-based documentation.
    • Ground-Level Coordination  Our field teams facilitate surveys, mobilization, training, and logistics for joint initiatives—ensuring smooth execution in rural districts.
    • Monitoring & Transparency  We ensure reporting frameworks, KPIs, and data collection systems are in place to meet the expectations of corporate donors and government partners.
    • Impact Communication JJJKAS also supports communication for partner visibility, including co-branded training materials, signage at project sites, and digital outreach for awareness.

    Looking Forward: 2025–28 Goals

In the coming three years, JJJKAS will work to:

    • Formalize 10+ MoUs with corporate, NGO, and government bodies
    • Co-develop 5 large-scale export clusters across North and East Bihar
    • Mobilize ₹50+ crore in public-private-donor capital for rural infrastructure
